The PAEA used to publish the following formula to predict your PANCE scores: PANCE SCORE PACKRAT x 5.74 - 287.47. So, I don't know how much advice I have to give except to keep doing questions. You should aim for a score of 70 on your PACKRAT, which is 157/225 correct answers. They were confident in everything they did. Conclusion: PAEAs End of Curriculum exam is one. Those 3 had previous medical experience, outstanding test takers and very smart, straight A's in didactic portion and clinical rotations. A combination of PACKRAT I and PACKRAT II was the best predictor of PANCE score and explained a large amount of variance (77.0) in PANCE scores. 225 state licensing fee, plus 79 for Live-scan fingerprinting, a 2 x 2 passport photo, certified mail postage, and it's off my plate and in Sacramento's lap. Both below the national average and scored on the PANCE above average. My didactic score was like 119 and my clinical packrat was 159. In my program, you'd be 'at risk' with a 120 or below. Some people score lower and have no problem passing pance. Keep in mind that this is just a rough average. Those "Key" words that were shoved in my head over and over and over again.yeah, I didn't see any of that stuff on the test. If it's your didactic score, you're fine. I was told that the average packrat score for 2021 nationwide was 150. Secondly, what percentage do you need to pass Pance If 9,000 people took the >PANCE in 2018 and the pass rate was 95, then 450 test.![]() I would say a combination of packrat scores and EOR scores are the most reliable in terms of whether you will pass the PANCE. I did practice questions from LANGE Q & A, USMLE Step 2, Kaplan pance prep, used study guides like Van Rhee, Kaplan, USMLE Steps 2 and 3, Emory Review course DVD, USMLE Step 2 videos (all of them), the study guide from the 5 day CME course (i didnt take the course though, but I bought the binder from someone else) and the study material from the 3 days course from a different CME course, all my 1st year notes.alot of stuff.and I barely made 500 on the PANCE (I took it in September) I felt that nothing from the review courses notes or ANY of the material helped me at all. A score of 150-160 correlates to a 480-500+ PANCE. If youre a current PA student or have been scoping out the curricula of PA schools as an aspiring PA student, youre likely acquainted with a couple of exams integrated into PA training: the PACKRAT (Physician Assistant Clinical Knowledge Rating and Assessment Tool) and the End of Rotation (EOR) exam. My PACKRAT scores (I did 7 different versions) were no lower than 190 on each. ![]()
